Please note: SMOKING is not permitted inside Le Prieuré au Chateau de Biron for the health and safety of our guests, and for the preservation of this beautiful historical building.

ANIMALS
Pets will not be able to stay at Le Prieuré

PAYMENT
We require a VISA or Mastercard number to confirm your reservation.

Upon leaving we accept cash in €uros, €uro cheques drawn on a French bank as well as Visa or Mastercard.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation of a reservation less than 30 days before arrival will forfeit 50% of the total cost of the reservation
- Cancellation of a reservation less than 8 days before arrival will forfeit 100% of the total cost of the reservation.

BEDROOMS

BED AND BREAKFAST
Prices for Bed and Breakfast accommodation are for two sharing a room; extra person is €30 per night. Breakfast is included and prices include VAT.

THE APARTMENT

The Apartment is a self-contained unit with its own entrance, for those who prefer self-catering. The price is €180 per night for 2/3 people or €950 per week for two or three people.

For weekly rentals check-in goes from Saturday to Saturday, arriving after 4:00PM, and leaving before 11:00AM. For those who wish it, breakast is available for an additional €8 per person.

A deposit of 30% is required when booking. Balance due 30 days before arrival.

A damage deposit of €500 is due with balance. This will be returned within 15 days after departure if property is left in good order.

TABLE D’HOTES

We offer a Table d’Hôtes for evening meals from April through June and from September to November. Dinner is served in the dining room or in the gardens, weather permitting. We serve regional cuisine and “house” specialties made with local products.

We require an advance reservation of 48 hours for the Table d’Hôtes since preparing a nice meal takes time to prepare with care.

Dinner is 28 €uros/person, local wine included
